GENERAL ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Applicants can either purchase the Admission Application Form on campus or download the form online.
Steps: 1. Download or Purchase the application form
Candidates will have to either download the application form or download the application form, from the institutions website. Fill the form and attach all relevant qualification documents.
2. Pay for application
The cost of application form is 200.00 and candidates are required to make payment at the finance office - Bank: Test Bank | Account No.: 02457996314578.
At payment (if form completed Online) Candidate must use the Application Number generated on top of the depoist slip or as reference for payment.
3. Submit completed applications
Kindly submit the application form using any of the following options.
